Yoga for Fitness: Yoga is a physical practice that integrates breath, body, and mind. This 60 minute Vinyasa Yoga class moves at a relaxed pace and is the perfect place for both beginner and experienced practitioners. Vinyasa Yoga moves through a sequence of postures in a rhythmic flow, utilizing breath to build strength and endurance. We will focus weekly on balance, strength, and flexibility. You will be physically challenged but will leave with a renewed sense of peace and calm. No experience necessary. Please bring a mat and yoga block to class.
